Consent-based referrals only
Refer through people who already know you — your clients, audience, and opt-in contacts. Unsolicited cold email, SMS, bulk messaging, and spam are prohibited. All electronic outreach must comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), including valid consent, clear sender identification, and a working unsubscribe.
No misrepresentation
You may not represent TransPark in pricing, contracting, or service delivery, use paid search on TransPark-branded terms, or make claims we have not published. Refer honestly and let the product speak for itself.
90-day commission hold
Commission on a referred client accrues immediately but becomes payable 90 days after that client’s first payment. This protects against chargebacks, refunds, and fraudulent or throwaway signups.
Void & clawback
Referrals generated through prohibited methods, self-referrals, or fraudulent activity may be voided, and any related commissions withheld or reversed. Repeated or serious violations end program participation.
Identity verification
Enrollment requires a website or verifiable business profile so we can confirm who you are before issuing a referral link. Applications without verifiable identity are not approved.
