SiteGround offers data centres in the US (Chicago), Europe (Netherlands, UK, Germany), and Asia-Pacific (Singapore, Sydney). They do not offer a Canadian data centre option.
For Canadian businesses, the closest option is Chicago — still US soil, still subject to US federal law, and still outside Canadian privacy jurisdiction.
