Cancelling your plan
You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your hosting remains active until the end of your paid period.
After cancellation
- Your sites go offline at the end of the billing period
- Data is preserved for 30 days (you can reactivate during this time)
- After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on new accounts. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future charges.
