Installing from wp-admin

  1. Go to Plugins → Add New (or Appearance → Themes → Add New)
  2. Search for the plugin/theme
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate

Uploading a ZIP file

  1. Go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
  2. Choose the .zip file from your computer
  3. Click Install Now, then Activate

Via SFTP

Upload plugin/theme folders directly to /wp-content/plugins/ or /wp-content/themes/ then activate from wp-admin.
